If you are a manufacturer that is other than an OEM, chances are that you've been on wrong end of an ill conceived vendor rating system. QS-9000 requires that you have one. If you are a repetitive manufacturer you know that devising a good and fair rating system is difficult. We are not going to tell you otherwise. What we will say is that we have experience creating them. |
